How are customers notified of number?
Once a customer has gotten a ticket from your slug page (ticki.io/p/<your_slug_here>), they will be directed to a page with information about their ticket.
This page includes:
- The customer’s current place in line
- Name of the location
- Contact information
- Ticket issuing hours (if enabled and added)
- A map where the location is
The customer will also receive an email and (if opted in) push notification with a link to this page as well.
