Why would you use question groups?
Question groups would be used to get some information from your customers before they even reach your parking lot.
For example, you only provide certain services to customers depending on their age. You may want to ask them either now old they are or whether they are over a certain age. Then, if they don’t meet your requirements, you may want to contact them or manually cancel their ticket.
Another example you may use this for is, especially in times like these, COVID screening. You can ask your customers beforehand if they may have come into contact with someone who contracted COVID, if they’ve experienced fever recently, etc.
