Enabling Questions

Note: If you have no question groups available, you will not be able to enable this setting. See Creating Question Groups

Here, you can add pre-screen questions to your locations. This way, your customers will need to answer questions before they’re allowed to get a ticket. If left disabled, there will be no pre-screening.

  1. On the edit location page, check the “Enable Pre-Screen Questions” toggle near the bottom of the page.
  2. From the dropdown, select the question group you’d like to use and save!
