Note: Issuing hours may not be the exact same as a location’s hours of operation.
These are the days and times of day when your location will be issuing tickets. Outside of these hours, the location will be unavailable to your customers. If disabled, your location will be able to issue tickets at any time.
Setting Issuing Hours
- On the edit location page, check the “Limit Ticket Issuing Hours” toggle near the bottom of the page.
- Select a checkbox next to one of the days of the week displayed.
- Select the to/from hours for the location (12am to 11pm).
- Add any other days/times that you need and save!
