When you first start out with Ticki, this is what your workflow might look like:
- After first logging in, you’ll be taken to your list of locations. Currently, the list is empty (of course), so first you’ll want to create a location. Then, you can edit your new location to work the way you need it to.
- You can’t run your team by yourself, right? In the sidebar, you can select Team and invite new team members as either managers or owners.
- If you need to pre-screen your customers, you can select Questions in the sidebar and create a question group and add it to your location.
- Now that you’ve set up your first location and invited your team, you can visit your location’s Dashboard Queue and manage your incoming tickets.
