Using Ticki

When you first start out with Ticki, this is what your workflow might look like:

  1. After first logging in, you’ll be taken to your list of locations. Currently, the list is empty (of course), so first you’ll want to create a location. Then, you can edit your new location to work the way you need it to.
  2. You can’t run your team by yourself, right? In the sidebar, you can select Team and invite new team members as either managers or owners.
  3. If you need to pre-screen your customers, you can select Questions in the sidebar and create a question group and add it to your location.
  4. Now that you’ve set up your first location and invited your team, you can visit your location’s Dashboard Queue and manage your incoming tickets.
