Ticket Allotment

Your Ticki monthly subsription plan is based on the number of tickets that you use during your monthly billing cycle. Each issued ticket counts towards your monthly allotment. If you happen to issue more tickets than your plan allots during the billing cycle, your account will automatically upgrade to the appropriate tier on your next billing date. You will be notified of any changes to your account via email. You will still be able to issue tickets even if you’ve reached the maximum number of tickets for the current billing cycle.
